Course Description

MITI's Industrial Electrician Course is an advance course for general electricians as the course is exclusively designed as per the standard of modern industry. It teaches students various installation and maintenance techniques for residential, commercial and industrial electrical systems based on the national electrical code. Faculty members bring many years of real-world experience to the classroom working with and installing numerous electrical devices used in jobsites. The program cements lecture topics through extensive projects by having students work hands-on in SCIT's Residential Wiring Lab, Commercial Wiring Lab, Electric Motors Lab and Programmable Logic Controller Lab.
